It is so easy to return to what is comfortable, whether it is good for us or not. We have plenty of negative examples, comfort food, addiction mediums, habits. But I belive we also have everyday stuff that fits in that catgory of comfortable, things that we go to when things have become uncomfortable, when our value has been challenged, our worth exposed.
What our fatal thought process flaw is in runnig to what is comfortable rather than running to Him. Why not try a dose of what David did, realize his error and then run to Him, face down.
Peter had Yeshua not only respond to where he was but give him a way out, by doing something, I’ll repeat doing something. Somethign to not only guide him out of his comfort zone, but to direct his purpose. Another lesson from the Master…
