Your choice, your voice…

Occasionally I make a very big mistake, I speak for my wife.  This really is a point to ponder.  She is perfectly capable of choosing and speaking on her own.  It is one of our gifts from God, Choice & Voice.  Why would I even think of usurping that, yet we all do it all to often.

When we are talking to someone, often about someone (really even to ourselves as well) and we say “they” would do this or “they” would say that.  Heck, I’ll even give you the chance that you might be correct, yet still took away the “real deal” of voice & choice.

Let’s see, in our new community outlook, to strive to let others have the same things we would like.  Could that be construed as loving your neighbor as yourself?

Shalom/Chairete,

Bob
